Yes—well-behaved dogs are welcome! Bear House is a pet-friendly Catskills rental with 2 private acres for your dogs to explore. The "fenced-in feel" of the estate makes it a wonderful getaway for pet owners. (Please note: no cats permitted due to allergies). If leaving the property, dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

The outdoor pool is seasonal (open in summer). However, the hot tub is available year-round and is one of the best ways to enjoy the Catskills in the winter or fall.

Pool: No alcohol, no glass, no pets. Children must be supervised at all times. Hot tub: Max 5 guests, 15–20 minute sessions recommended, and please replace the cover after each use.

Yes—both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are available year-round. Please use dry natural wood or approved logs only and fully extinguish all fires before going inside or to sleep.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No smoking or candles inside. Small gatherings require prior approval (no loud parties). Please bag trash securely for outdoor bins to deter wildlife. Exterior security cameras are in place for safety (none inside).
